During your appointment… Please be prepared to not be on your phone during your appointment unless it’s something we have discussed prior to your appointment. Policy on Fill-ins: A fill in appointment is good within 3 weeks of your appointment. Starting that 4th week… I will charge a Full Set price. I will no longer do fill ins once it has been 4 weeks since I last seen you. If you need a same day appointment, you will be charged $20 extra for your last minute booking, please choose the same day link when selecting your service. I could quite possibly have a Prime Time appointment. 5:30p & Saturday after 12p appointments will be charged $10 extra. If you are unsure how to book me… You can text me and I will walk you through your options. Late Appointments… You will be given a 10 minute grace period, after that you will be charged $10 on top of service price. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a 50% no-show fee. If this becomes a regular occurrence, you will be banned from re-booking. If you are unable to keep your appointment, I will need 24 hour notice for the cancellation. If less than 24 hours, I will charge you $10 extra on your next service for your late notice cancellation. No call/No shows will result in being banned from booking. You will have 48 hours to inform me of any problems you are having with your lash extensions. I will fix any issues that is a mistake on my part. I do not refund any service. I will fix anything that can be fixed within 48 hour notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for no shows or cancels in less than 24 hours. If it’s something that you need to reschedule, just reach out and we can discuss.
